| The RSPB Highland Group was formed in 1987 to support the work of the RSPB in the Highlands and we now have over 200 members. We run a series of eight indoor meetings and 16 outdoor excursions, and produce a newsletter for all members.

| Join us as we walk around the calming surroundings of The Caledonian Canal and nearby woodlands and benefit from mindful, nature-based therapy. These weekly nature walks are designed to provide gentle, inclusive nature-based therapy activities to those suffering from mental health problems. Hot drinks and snacks available during walk. Wear outdoor clothing suitable for all weathers and boots or wellies. All welcome. No booking required. Please contact Stephen prior to each walk as they start from different places.
