The list which follows shows the name, venue and contact details for 3 organisations whose activities include "Writing" in Inverness and the surrounding area listed alphabetically within towns. Please refer to the list on the left hand side of the page for other types of activity.

Each entry in the list will offer information regarding meeting days and times plus a number of choices whereby you can be transferred to the website of an organisation, send an email or text message to the organiser, view the location on a map or find a contact number to call.

A forum where people interested in creative writing can meet up, exchange ideas and ask for constructive feedback on their work.

The meetings are led by members themselves, or by an invited speaker. Membership is open to everyone all that is needed is an enthusiasm for creative writing and a lively curiosity.

We are currently twenty in number, but always welcome new members - or visiting ones!

There is an annual fee of twenty pounds.

Whether you write or just think about writing, you will get a friendly welcome here.

A creative writing class for adults interested in sharing their ideas and writing with other adults.

Pol-Uk is led by Joanna Napiorkowska who is a native Polish speaker and also fluent in English.

Adults with different language backgrounds are welcome to attend. New starts are welcome anytime.
