For anyone who has cancer or is caring for someone with cancer. Yoga is a very enjoyable way of helping us return to good natural posture and good natural breathing. It can help recharge our batteries as we release tension and allow ourselves to come to a more balanced state. These yoga sessions are suitable for everyone regardless of age, flexibility or fitness. We will be practicing gentle yoga movements either lying down or sitting on the sofa and moving slowly and safely with awareness.

Basics of Yoga 4 week block: This class is perfect for beginners or experienced yogis who want to refresh the basics. The class starts from breathing and alignment and will work up to a full Sun Salutation. Drop-in: This is a weekly class, for regular attendees and those who are only able attend as and when they are available. All abilities welcome. Please wear comfortable clothing that you can move in and bring a mat, any props you may have (block, strap etc), a warm cardi/socks and blanket for relaxation.
